The Roaster Village serves a key meeting point at SCA trade shows for attendees to talk to small roaster and boutique green coffee importers who showcase the latest trends in coffee sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing, and distribution.

New for 2026

All potential Roaster Village exhibitors must complete the online 2026 WOC San Diego Roaster Village Application.

  • Newly added qualifiers include:

    • Exhibiting company/brand must be a specialty coffee roaster or green coffee importer, farmer, exporter/importer or producer

    • Tastings and/or cuppings must be available at the company/brand’s Roaster Village booth

    • Exhibiting Company and/or Parent Company must have annual revenue not exceeding $3 million USD

    • Companies can participate in Roaster Village for a Max of 3 Years

    • No more than one company can exhibit at a single booth.

    • If accepted, exhibitors will select their booth on a first-come, first-served basis.

      • Booths labeled R = Roasters

      • Booths labeled P = Producers, farmers, importers & exporters

2026 Roaster Village Stand Includes

  • Stand: 8L x 39H x 19W with a branded kick panel (95.188in w x 39.062in h)

  • One (1) 7” x 44” company name sign (black block letters on white card stock) and a Basic listing in the official Expo mobile app

  • Two (2) Exhibitor Staff Badges, Up to two (2) additional 3-Day Staff Badges for $125

  • Five (5) 2-day Exhibit Hall Badges to give to customers

  • Use of the Exhibit Hall Clean Up Station with sinks

  • One (1) 120v 20-amp outlet
