About Workshops
Workshops at World of Coffee are focused, interactive sessions that help participants build practical skills and explore coffee topics in depth.
Topics may include cupping, brewing, sensory skills, sustainability, green coffee, and other areas across the coffee value chain. Each session combines hands-on learning with problem-solving and opportunities for industry collaboration.
Workshops typically last two to three hours and provide a deep dive into one topic or skill. They complement SCA’s certificate-based education programs by giving participants time to apply new knowledge in practical scenarios.
Workshops are available to all World of Coffee attendees for an additional fee. Add a workshop to your badge at registration.

Industry experts and coffee professionals are invited to propose workshops for World of Coffee. Presenting is an opportunity to share your expertise, engage directly with participants, and enhance your visibility within the global coffee community.

Strong proposals clearly identify the intended audience—such as baristas, coffee buyers and sellers, retail business owners, or roasters—and define practical learning outcomes. The final program is designed to serve beginner, intermediate, and advanced learners across a range of coffee disciplines.

These dates represent the final deadlines for submissions, and sessions may be accepted or declined on a rolling basis as they are received.
