• Press Badges will not be mailed in advance. They will be available for pickup at the registration area on the Ground Level.

• A maximum of two press representatives per media outlet may receive Press Badges unless otherwise approved by the SCA.

• You may be asked to provide recent published work, an assignment letter, or other documentation to verify your media credentials.

• A Press Badge does not include admission to separately ticketed events, which may require additional registration and payment.

• Approved press will be included on a press list shared with exhibitors, subject to the applicable consent and privacy terms, so exhibitors may contact you about company news.

• Advertising, marketing, and other representatives who are not attending in an editorial media capacity are not eligible for Press Badges and must obtain the appropriate paid registration for World of Coffee.

• Freelance journalists, photographers, and videographers are required to provide examples of bylined or credited work published or broadcast within the past 12 months.

• All press attending World of Coffee are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and related expenses.

• Press Badges are non-transferable and may be revoked if they are misused or obtained under false pretenses.

The SCA and its media relations representative reserve the right to approve or deny press credentials. Individuals who misuse press credentials, misrepresent their media affiliation or editorial purpose, or otherwise fail to meet SCA’s press eligibility requirements may be denied press registration at future SCA events.

Press will have access to the show floor during attendee hours:

• Friday, April 9: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• Saturday, April 10: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

• Sunday, April 11: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

• Press who have requested to cover the World Coffee Roasting Championship, and have been approved will have early access to the show floor. Please visit the press room onsite to receive an early access stamp.
