Filip has held leadership roles in the Coffee Roasters Guild and served as a consultant for the International Trade Center at the United Nations, demonstrating his commitment to coffee quality and sustainability. As a certified Q Instructor, he not only possesses coffee evaluation skills but also trains and certifies other Q Graders, solidifying his position as a leading expert in the field. He leverages his diverse experience to introduce innovative approaches to coffee assessment, bridging the gap between human resources and sensory analysis.
