The annual World of Coffee trade show in the USA is considered the world's-fair of coffee – everything under one roof – North America’s largest B2B Specialty Coffee Event. World of Coffee is your one stop shop for everything you need to succeed in the specialty coffee industry and is the ultimate event for the global tea and coffee community, offering unparalleled opportunities for connection, growth, and inspiration.
Access to over 60 lectures by industry experts, the trade show floor with products and services from over 650 exhibitors defining the future of specialty coffee, the World Coffee Championships, and the Opening Morning Kickoff. Workshops for all levels focusing on various subjects across the coffee value chain, are available for an additional fee.

Yes, there are many activities that are included with your paid badge. 3-Day World of Coffee badges allow you to attend events offered on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. With a 1-day World of Coffee badge, you may attend the activities on the day of the badge purchased.

Lectures by respected industry experts who inspire, educate and motivate, are offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
EXHIBIT HALL
Hundreds of companies representing all segments of the market, from consumer goods to roasters, this marketplace is not to be missed and is your gateway to a more connected specialty coffee industry.
SHOW FEATURES
Attendees are also invited to visit the Best New Product Competition Display, Coffee Design Awards Display, and the Scientific Poster Session.
Option to participate in the Green Coffee Connect – an area within the Exhibit Hall fostering an inclusive environment for shared knowledge and networking for the green coffee community.

The World Coffee Championships in San Diego brings you World Latte Art Championships taking place in the Exhibit Hall.

We love kids, but unfortunately a coffee event isn’t the best place for them, given all the hot water, heavy machinery and moving parts.
Children under the age of 12 are not allowed on the exhibit hall floor, Lecture Rooms, Cupping Rooms, or in Workshops. Babies in carriers are the only exception (no strollers are allowed on show floor).
Children 12 years and older are allowed on the exhibit hall floor and lectures during attendee hours with a paid registration. They will be allowed to attend Workshops only if registered for the course/workshop.

There will be a variety of workshops offered at the show. SCA Workshops allow participants to spend 2.5 - 3.5 hours learning about a topic and applying those learnings to hands-on, problem-solving scenarios.
Attendees that purchase 3-Day World of Coffee badge can select workshops offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Attendees that purchase 1-Day World of Coffee badge can select courses and workshops on the day of the badge.
All courses and workshops have an additional fee and you can add a workshop to your badge at registration.

If you reside outside of the United States and hope to attend World of Coffee, please familiarize yourself with any requirements for international travelers from The U.S. Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs, as well as travel restrictions, as detailed on the Center for Disease Control website, which are subject to change.

There are strict policies surrounding soliciting or canvassing by non-exhibitor attendees. Canvassing or soliciting for business by non-exhibitors or unauthorised personnel during the exhibition is strictly prohibited. Prohibited canvassing activities include but are not limited to distribution of promotional material, wearing of heavily branded promotional attire and actively encouraging exhibitors and visitors to view goods and services in another location. Entry to World of Coffee San Diego is permitted to trade visitors on the condition that they do not attempt to canvass products or services whilst visiting the exhibition. Any visitor attempting to canvass World of Coffee exhibitors or visitors will be asked to leave.

We work closely with venue partners and local authorities to ensure event safety. Our approach includes private event security, established safety protocols, crowd management, and compliance with local regulations.

All exhibit halls and meeting rooms are private, and access is limited to registered attendees and authorized staff. Public areas remain subject to city regulations.

The SCA does not share attendee information with outside agencies except where required by law. We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of all attendees.
