The Roaster Village and Producer Village serve a key meeting point at SCA trade shows for attendees to talk to small roaster and boutique green coffee importers who showcase the latest trends in coffee sourcing, handling, roasting, brewing, and distribution.

The Village space is currently SOLD OUT. Please fill out the below application to join our waitlist. Booth space on the main floor is still available.

All potential Roaster Village and Producer Village exhibitors must complete the online 2026 World of Coffee San Diego Village Application.

  • Newly added qualifiers include:

    • Exhibiting company/brand must be a specialty coffee roaster or green coffee importer, farmer, exporter/importer or producer

    • Tastings and/or cuppings must be available at the company/brand’s Village booth

    • Exhibiting Company and/or Parent Company must have annual revenue not exceeding $3 million USD

    • Companies can participate in The Village for a Max of 3 Years

    • No more than one company can exhibit at a single booth.

    • If accepted, exhibitors will select their booth on a first-come, first-served basis.

      • Booths labeled R = Roasters

      • Booths labeled P = Producers, farmers, importers & exporters

2026 Roaster & Producer Village Stands Include

  • One Village Stand: Dimensions 8’w x 39”h x 19”d with a Branded Panel (E)

    • Branded Panel (E) can be submitted as customized artwork sized 95.188"w x 39.062"h, or high resolution 72 dpi logo at full size.

    • Custom artwork or logo MUST be received by Friday, January 23

  • One (1) 7” x 44” company name sign (D) and a Basic listing in the official Expo mobile app

  • Two (2) Exhibitor Staff Badges, Up to two (2) additional 3-Day Staff Badges for $125

  • Five (5) 2-day Exhibit Hall Badges to give to customers

  • Use of the Exhibit Hall Clean Up Station with sinks

  • Access to Pentair refill water stations

  • One (1) 120v 20-amp outlet.

Additional services / costs associated with your stand:

  • Electrical is provided for sponsored equipment ONLY. Additional electrical may be purchased through Freeman.

  • Lead Retrieval, rent badge scanners to collect leads at the show

  • Exhibiting insurance required

  • Exhibitor responsible for water container to refill or brewing and 4oz sample cups
